13 days to Litfest...

Ok, so now is the time when you need to start planning your Litfest. If you're anything like me, you see something, think, 'Hey, that'll be great,' forget to put it on the calendar, leave it too late, read the reviews, wish you'd been there... So, to avoid the possibility of missing all the fantastic short stories and poetry and music and performance and novel readings and discussions that will be flooding over Lancaster in JUST UNDER TWO WEEKS TIME...here is my handy guide to getting to Litfest:

Step One: Go to www.litfest.org and download the brochure.

Step Two:  Make a list of wonderful people you have to see.

Step Three: Check the special offers.

Step Four: Book your tickets.

Step Five: Check your venue.

Lancaster Library    The Hothouse    The Dukes    The LICA Building

See? Easy. And I'll also be posting links to train times and car parks. So much easier with everything in one place.

Come back tomorrow to listen in to my conversation with Rodge Glass, where he gives us the inside edge on Scottish writers, Nick Cave and Strictly...
